Firstly, we recommend you to make sure that no one can use your lost remote to gain access to your personal space. If you have additional spare remotes you can easily erase the memory and reset the code, making sure that the lost remote no longer will work. In most cases we can promptly offer you a replacement for a missing or damaged remote from our inventory.
